Delivery 

Local Cardiff deliveries will normally be on Mondays or Tuesdays between 10-6pm however we will contact you with a day and time if it will be on a different day. If you require your order on a specific day, please get in touch before placing your order to avoid disappointment.

If no one is home when we attempt your delivery, we will try to leave your order in a safe place or with a trusted neighbour. Please leave instructions if you have a preferred safe place or favourite neighbour. Feel free to tell us about any neighbours we SHOULDN'T leave your order with too!

FREE delivery when you spend £35 or more, all other deliveries incur a £2.50 charge.

Delivery is available for the following Cardiff postcodes: CF3, CF5, CF10, CF11, CF14, CF15, CF23, CF24, CF63, CF64. Please contact us via email if you have any questions about any deliveries outside of these postcodes. We will always do our best to reach addresses outside of the delivery zone but it is not always possible.

Click & Collect

Our FREE Click & Collect service is available from 11-5pm Tuesday-Saturday from The Corp Market, 188 Cowbridge Rd E, CF5 1GW. As soon as you have placed your order we will send you a notification that your order is ready to be collected. There is free parking available nearby and we are more than happy to help you carry your order to the car if driving.

Shipping

We currently ship within the UK using APC Overnight. We aim to process, package and deliver your order within 2-4 working days. Please note that Bank Holidays and Sundays are not considered working days. Your package will be delivered on a Wednesday, Thursday or Friday. 

The cost of shipping and packaging any order under £120 is £10, however, spend more than £120 and your shipping will be FREE!

Returns Policy 

If you believe your wine to be corked or damaged please let us know within 14 days of your purchase and we will happily offer a replacement or refund.

Discounts & Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers can be used in the shop, to make online purchases and can also be used to purchase wine tasting tickets. Gift vouchers do not expire but we cannot offer any change from your purchase and your gift voucher cannot be redeemed for cash.

If you have been issued a discount code, this must be used on the website and cannot be used for any in-person purchases. Discount codes cannot be redeemed for cash and any refunds will be issued via a new discount code for the amount refunded.

Challenge 25 Policy Terms & Conditions

This proof of age policy is agreed in writing by Vin Van Cymru and Cardiff Council and will be enforced. 

Website - Customers ordering online will be required to prove that they are 18 years of age or older before entering the website AND before completion of purchase.

Delivery - A challenge 25 policy will be employed where anyone who appears to be under the age of 25 will be asked for identification upon delivery. The only type of ID that will be accepted is a PASS accredited ID, passport or photo driving licence. If a customer fails to provide identification on delivery then the delivery will be refused and a refund will be given, subject to a 20% administration fee. Deliveries will not be left with anyone under the age of 18 years.

Click & Collect - A challenge 25 policy will be employed where anyone who appears to be under the age of 25 attempting to collect alcohol will be asked for identification. The only type of ID that will be accepted is a PASS accredited ID, passport or photo driving licence. If a customer fails to provide identification on collection then the order will be refused and a refund will be given, subject to a 20% administration fee.

Wine Tasting Cancellations

If you cannot attend a previously booked wine tasting, please contact us as soon as possible so we can cancel your ticket and issue a refund. Please note that an administration fee of £5 per ticket will be taken if we have been given more than 72 hours notice. Any cancellations with less than 72 hours before the event will not receive a refund.
