More Info: Nerello Mascalese is a rare red Sicilan grape variety that usually grows on the foot of Mount Etna. The rich volcanic soils help produce wines with complex minerals and fine acidity.
The wine was produced by co-operative wine company, Cantina Orsogna in mountainous Abruzzo. They work with 600 partner growers that cultivate almost 1,000 hectares of vines, of which 80% are organic.
