Tasting Notes: This savoury Seaweed Gin was originally created with seafood in mind. A herb-led gin at its core, it’s slowly infused after distillation with organically sourced seaweed to bring a gentle coastal character.
It makes a distinctive G&T with a natural or Mediterranean tonic and a garnish such as rosemary, an olive or a slice of lemon. It’s also an excellent choice for martinis, whether you prefer them dry or dirty.
