Tasting Notes: This is very much a hedgerow-style gin, made with a mix of autumn berries handpicked on the farm, including blackberries, elderberries, damsons and sloes. A warming, spicy base gin infused with nutmeg, cinnamon and cloves gives depth and richness, while using around half the sugar of a typical sloe gin keeps things beautifully balanced rather than syrupy. A must-try for anyone who likes their fruit gins on the drier, more grown-up side.
