Tasting Notes: Notes of ripe pear and apple with notes of freshly baked bread. Lots of zippy citrus flavours and a lovely creamy mouthfeel. Excellent balance between acidity and fruit intensity with a long, lively finish.

More Info: Made in the traditional method using the classic Catalan grape varieties as well as a small percentage of Chardonnay, this wine spent 14 months on the lees before disgorgement.
Joseph Masachs has owned vineyards in Penedes since the 1920's, producing still wines as opposed to sparkling. Nowadays, the company is run by the family's fourth generation and the main focus is on environmentally friendly products and innovative techniques.
