Cas’Amaro is an organic producer crafting artisanal wines across five Portuguese wine regions — Vinho Verde, Douro, Dão, Alentejo, and Lisboa — with 62 hectares of vineyards in total. Their main estate sits just 12km from the coast and 40 minutes from Lisbon, where ocean breezes meet centuries of winemaking tradition.
Their philosophy is simple: work in harmony with nature. Across all their estates, Cas’Amaro follows a minimal-intervention approach, encouraging biodiversity and working exclusively with indigenous Portuguese grape varieties out of respect for local heritage.
But their values go far beyond the vineyard. The team is deeply rooted in their community, employing locally, supporting families, and organising free activities for nearby schools, associations, and care homes. They also celebrate the meeting of architecture, art, and wine, welcoming visitors to experience their unique blend of creativity and craftsmanship first-hand.
