More Info: Sauvignon Blanc grapes are sourced from vineyards in the Casablanca Valley. The high humidity helps temperatures reach 25°C in summer and 14°C in winter, allowing for beautifully ripened grapes. They are destemmed and crushed, and left with their skins before fermenting in concrete tanks. The wine is then aged in concrete eggs for an additional five months with their skins producing an orange wine.
