More Info: Domaine Jones is made up of 15 small vineyards scattered around the village of Tuchan in the Languedoc. The old vines, some of which are around 100 years old, contribute to the depth of flavour and elegance of the wines. Katie looks for low yields with high quality, and rather poor, sloping grounds that very old, traditional vines thrive in.
Grapes are hand-harvested and vinified separately then 40% is aged for 10 months in French oak barrels before blending.
