More Info: Michel Rolland is named the “flying winemaker” as he consults with top wineries around the world. Owning 3 estates in Argentina, his flagship wine is the Mariflor Malbec. Grapes are grown on vineyards 1100 meters above sea level and are perfect for producing rich red wines. A combination of altitude and cool nights with warm Argentinian sunshine produces ripe berries that still maintain freshness. The grapes are hand harvested in the morning whilst still reasonably cool and then spend 15 months in French oak barrels after fermentation. The wine has the ability to age for up to 7 years.
