More Info: The Dell Vineyard is a small, family-run vineyard based in the heart of Monmouthshire, run by Lucy and Dan.
The 2023 vintage is the very first red they've produced and is a limited release made from the Pinot Noir grape with only 250 bottles made. The wine was aged in a single old oak barrel.
The wine was named after a mythical Welsh beast the Gwyllgi (Gwyll = twilight, dog = ci) which is said to appear after dark as a frightful apparition of a black hound with blazing red eyes.
All their labels are designed by Dan Bright.
