Tasting Notes: A traditional-method sparkling wine aged for 23 months on the lees. Delicately floral and fruity on the nose, with bright notes of strawberry, raspberry, cherry, and rose petals on the palate. Subtle brioche from the lees ageing adds texture and depth, balanced by fine bubbles and lively acidity.

Folc was founded in 2019 by Elisha and Tom Cannon who sought to create a rosé that encompassed all they loved about rural English life and celebrates the joy of community.

They source their grapes from the best family-run vineyards in Kent, Suffolk and Sussex and produce our rosé in Kent. As a negociant model - we create the finest expression of English rosé and can ensure quality and consistency from vintage to vintage.
