More Info: The Parra brothers started producing wine in 1993 in the largest wine producing region of Spain, La Mancha. Their focus is on organic and biodynamic farming, achieving a certification in 2008. Their goal is to create a self-sustaining eco system, enriching the land with natural inputs.
Their organic farming philosophy also extends to the winery, focusing more on low-intervention winemaking. Native yeasts are used for fermentation and the resulting wines are unfiltered and unfined.
