Tasting Notes: Floral and fruity on the nose with minerally notes and fresh citrus. Tropical and stone fruit, sharp green apple, and notes of lemon marzipan on the wonderfully textured palate. Vibrant acidity and a long, slightly tingly finish.

Once the fermentation is over, the wine is kept in French oak, barrels of 500 litres each, where it stays for approx. 2 months before bottling.
