More Info: Having taken over the family estate on 2001, Jérémie Huchet is seen as the up-and-coming producer in the Muscadet region. He's grown the estate to a total of 64 hectares, of which a third is certified organic, and has invested in various vats and concrete eggs.
All the vineyards are farmed sustainably, keeping yields low through minimal use of fertiliser and crop thinning whenever necessary.
