More Info: Grapes are harvested at night to retain freshness, then fermented on the skins and left to macerate for 10-15 days to extract colour, flavour and tannins.
Dominio de Punctum, located in the north of la Mancha, was founded in 2005. It's run by the Fernandez family, who have focused on organic and biodynamic production since the beginning.
The estate currently includes around 200 hectares of vineyards where a variety of red and white grapes are grown. The winery is located adjacent to the vineyards so the grapes don't have to travel far, retaining maximum freshness and quality.
