More Info: Made from biodynamically farmed Verdejo grapes, this orange wine from La Mancha is a great introduction to the world of skin-contact wines. Fermented with natural ambient yeasts and left on the skins for 10 days, it’s then aged in large French oak vats for six months. Only partially filtered, it pours a beautiful cloudy amber hue. Lees ageing adds texture and depth, resulting in a smooth, complex, and characterful wine.
