Tasting Notes: Aromas of fresh apple with floral notes. The palate has an elegant mousse and notes of apple peel, white peach, pear and white blossom. Very fresh with a zesty acidity and a long, floral note on the finish.

More Info: Michel Rosier moved from the Champagne region and settled in Limoux, where he planted the region's classic varieties Mauzac, Chardonnay, Chenin Blanc and Pinot Noir. They now produce both Blanquette and Crémant de Limoux.
