More Info: Chardonnay grapes grow in rocky gravel soils packed with limestone and clay which helps with the water retention during the summer months. The vineyards are also cooled by southerly maritime breezes, helping to retain the necessary acidity to keep the wine's natural freshness.
After fermentation the wine is then matured on its lees for 6 months.
