Tasting Notes: Previously known as their Botanical Gin, this artisan farmhouse gin is crafted from 17 different botanicals. It opens with fresh notes of spearmint and peppermint, moves into softer liquorice and gentle spice, then finishes on delicate elderflower and chamomile.
It’s an easy-drinking, versatile gin that works beautifully with most tonics and is a dream for seasonal garnishes – think blackberries, elderflower, lime, pepper, rocket and whatever else the garden (or hedgerow) has to offer.

More info: Dà Mhìle (pronounced da-vee-lay) is a family-run organic distillery set on a farm in Ceredigion, West Wales.
Their spirits are shaped by the landscape around them and a strong environmental ethos, showcasing Welsh craftsmanship with a focus on quality and character in every bottle.
The farm is at the heart of their production: timber from the land fires the still, and natural spring water from the fields is used to create their distinctive spirits.
