More Info: Manual selection of each variety of organic grape. Fermentations of each variety separately, at 22º C for 7 days. The maceration is carried out at 28º C and the paste is separated from the wine by gently pressing the pomace. Finally, assembly of single varietal wines, before entering barrels. The wine is then aged for 8 months in New French Oak Barrels (80%) and American (20%).
