Angela is the winemaker while her husband takes care of operations and his younger brother looks after the herd of Angus deer, which is what provides the soil with all its special nutrition.
This Pet-Nat is a low-intervention sparkling, with no fining or filtration, using natural yeasts and gravity movement during the fermentation process.
Angela originally produced this wine for their own wedding and decided to keep going afterwards!
