More Info: Il Palagio is the 350 hectare estate owned by Sting and his wife Trudy. When they bought the estate in 1999 it had fallen into a state of disrepair and so they set about restoring the land, the house and the outbuildings. From 2000 they replanted 11 hectares of vineyards using biodynamic farming methods. They now cultivate, harvest, ferment and bottle a number of wines on the estate, including When We Dance Chianti and Sister Moon.
