More Info: The vineyards at the Nymphes estate are made up of clay and limestone soils and are located in Rasteau, on the edge of the Massif des Baronnies. Each variety is hand-harvested and then undergoes whole bunch pressing separately, giving the wine a delicate structure and profile. Ambient fermentations in stainless steel tanks preserve the natural and aromas of each variety.
