More Info: A new release from Bodegas Piqueras, named in honour of the land’s history - once home to a brick factory, where the local clay was used to make bricks for the region. Today, those same soils nurture old vine Syrah, harvested late in the season, usually around mid-October, to achieve full ripeness and depth of flavour.
The wine is then aged for nine months in new French oak barrels, adding layers of spicy, toasted aromas and rich complexity to the ripe, generous fruit. A bold, expressive red.
